Comprehensive and applied education and training programs are implemented in the Department of Energy Systems Engineering, which has a young and dynamic academic staff who are experts in their fields. Our department aims to be a department that creates an efficient, reliable and sustainable environment for energy, uses technology with an environmentally friendly and scientific approach, and educates qualified scientists who have a research spirit, are productive, and have internalized scientific thinking. The Department of Energy Systems Engineering is sensitive about energy, loves nature, willing and creative, respectful of the environment and science, innovative, loving to produce and apply, in energy production; It has accepted it as its core duty to train graduate graduates who can plan and manage all stages of the process from source to end use. Nowadays, with the developing technology, the demand for energy is also increasing significantly. This situation, which seriously affects the economy of countries, can be reduced to a minimum level by establishing energy efficiency, energy planning and correct energy consumption policies. Since there is a need for a multi-disciplinary engineering field that will serve and work on all these policies and it is thought that this need will increase in the future, Energy Systems Engineers will take part in collaborative studies with other engineering fields.
