2024-2025 ACADEMIC YEAR SPRING SEMESTER GRADUATE PROGRAMS REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Thesis Master's, Doctorate main candidates' final registration date: January 13-14-15, 2025, Time: 08:00-17:00 will be held in person.

If the substitute candidates gain the right to register, it will be announced on the Tarsus University Graduate Education Institute website at 17:00 on January 15, 2025.
Thesis Master's, Doctorate reserve candidates' final registration date: January 16-17, 2025, Time: 08:00-17:00 will be held in person.

Required Documents for Registration

1. Resume
2. Diploma or graduation certificate (Original or certified photocopy). A certificate of equivalence approved by YÖK for a diploma obtained from a higher education institution abroad is required. The photocopy of the document will be approved after the original is seen by our Institute. The graduation certificate obtained from e-government will be accepted during the application.

3. Undergraduate transcript (Transcript or Diploma Supplement) of candidates who will apply to the Master's program (Original or certified photocopy). The photocopy of the document will be approved after the original is seen by our Institute. The transcript obtained from e-government will be accepted during the application. Those whose graduation grade is in the 4-point system must have their conversion to the 100-point system approved by their own university, if not, the YÖK Grade Conversion table will be used in the conversion process.

4. ALES result document (obtained within the last 5 years) The result document control code must be on the candidate's result document.

5. Undergraduate and Master's transcripts of candidates who will apply to the PhD program (Original or certified photocopy). The photocopy of the document will be approved after the original is seen by our Institute. The transcript obtained from e-government will be accepted during the application. Those whose graduation grade is in the 4-point system must be converted to the 100-point system with the approval of their own university, if not, the YÖK Note Conversion Table will be used in the conversion process.
6. Foreign language result document (For doctoral programs). The candidate's YDS or YÖKDİL result document must have a result document control code. Candidates who will apply with a TOEFL document as a foreign language document will have their TOEFL document checked by the Institute. The validity of the YDS or YÖKDİL Foreign Language Score is 5 (five) years, and the validity of the TOEFL Foreign Language Score is 2 (two) years.
7. Registration Document: In addition to the submitted documents; 2 Passport Photographs, Military Status Document, Photocopy of the Identity Document.

EXPLANATIONS

1. When graduate students gain the right to register for the department they applied for, they must cancel their registration from any equivalent program if they have previously registered for that program in order to register.

2. Application documents are not returned.

3. If candidates announced for registration do not arrive on the day specified for registration, any excuses regarding registration will not be accepted.

4. In cases where false or incorrect statements are made to our institute or falsified documents are submitted, applications will not be accepted and legal action will be taken against them and vested rights cannot be claimed.
