Attention to our PhD Students! -Thesis Monitoring Committee Reports

Each page of the 6-month thesis monitoring committee reports of PhD program students whose thesis topic is determined will be initialed by the thesis monitoring committee.
Autumn Period ;
1 July 2019-30 December 2019
Spring semester ;
2 January 2020-30 June 2020
It must be submitted to the institute.

Article 43-5 of Tarsus University Education and Training Regulation states that "For the student whose thesis proposal is accepted, the thesis monitoring committee meets at least twice a year, once between January-June and July-December. The student submits a written report to the committee members at least one month before the meeting date. This report includes a summary of the work done so far and the work plan to be carried out in the next period. The student's thesis work is determined as successful or unsuccessful by the committee. "A student who is unsuccessful by the committee twice in a row or three times intermittently will be dismissed from the institute."
